About the Role

As an Electrical Systems Manager at Baldota Steel and Power Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical systems of our Integrated Steel Plant. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-voltage power system.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans with department heads to ensure timely execution.
  • Create a budget and operating plan for projects, ensuring they are executed within budgeted time and cost.
  • Monitor and track project execution, identifying risks and putting mitigation plans in place.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to ensure seamless communication and timely engagement.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to optimize project efficiency.
Requirements
  • 20-25 years of experience in electrical system management, preferably in integrated steel plants.
  • Prior experience in managing large cross-functional/departmental projects.
  • Strong knowledge of protection systems and fault analysis.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
