Our organization seeks a seasoned Training Professional to spearhead the development and execution of soft skills training programs across various departments. This pivotal role will focus on designing, delivering, and evaluating training content that caters to diverse audience needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing employees' communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of training requirements through surveys, performance reports, and feedback from managers and trainees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training modules with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by gathering feedback, assessing participant engagement, and monitoring on-the-job performance.
  • Coach and mentor employees to excel in customer-facing roles, fostering empathy, active listening, and effective conflict resolution strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and outcomes, providing regular insights to stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to adapt to evolving business needs.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including operations, HR, and management.
  5. Proficiency in training needs assessment, program evaluation, and data analysis.
  6. Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in training delivery.
