We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru North, Mysuru, Chintamani and Chikballapur. This is a full-time on-site role focused on road works.

The successful candidate will oversee daily on-site activities, ensure quality control, coordinate with civil engineers and perform structural engineering tasks.

This includes managing construction schedules, supervising construction crews and ensuring all safety regulations and standards are met.

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • On-Site and Quality Control skills
  • Experience in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent Problem Solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Experience in road construction projects is a plus
