Director of Placement & Training
Job DescriptionWe seek a seasoned professional to oversee and manage multiple departments in various locations within the university. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing students for placements and ensuring placements of students in programs.
The Director, Placement will lead all engagement activities from the pre-placement stage through the placement procedure and monitor progress. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strong industry connections with private sector companies and startups;
- Maintaining relationships with industry associations and forums;
- Staying up-to-date with online communities and social media platforms;
- Nurturing a network of HR consultants and recruitment firms;
- Interacting with industries regularly on career opportunities and employment trends;
- Identifying internship opportunities for students;
- Managing placement data and maintaining accurate records;
- Preparing detailed reports from placement data for periodic reviews;

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field;
- Postgraduate degree desirable;
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the placement process;
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Corporate Placements in NCR Region;
