Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive knowledge in your specific area. You will execute highly complex or specialized projects and adapt precedent to develop innovative solutions.
This role involves designing and maintaining programs for systematic monitoring and evaluation of various aspects of a project, service, or facility to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Under general direction, you will instruct, direct, and check the work of other quality assurance professionals. Your duties will include applying quality principles and conducting complex analysis of quality records and reports to form recommendations for improvements.
You will conduct inspections, verifications, and validations of components or materials used in development processes. Additionally, you will identify and address recurring problems with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures.
Documenting quality issues and performance measures is also essential for management review.
Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
