About the Role:

Crest IT Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Software Tester to join our team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer / Software Testing Engineer with 2 years of experience in the Banking Domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end testing, requirement gathering, test design, test execution, and test closure.

The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing software requirements, preparing test scenarios, executing tests on software usability, analyzing test results, and preparing reports on all aspects related to software testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios
  • Execute tests on software usability
  • Analyze test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability
  • Prepare reports on all aspects related to software testing carried out and report to the design team
  • Interact with clients to understand product requirements
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Good understanding of end-to-end testing – Requirement gathering, Test design, Test execution, Test closure
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Must have good Excel knowledge
  • Should have an eye for detailing
  • Should have a bent of mind towards systems and technologies
  • Should be analytical
  • Understanding BRD & Repairing test scenarios and test cases
  • Should have good experience in regression testing

Functional Testing exposure on following areas:

  • Service CRM
  • Flow management
  • Sales CRM
  • Leads management
  • Activity
  • Internet banking / Mobile banking
  • Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs
  • Working knowledge of programming
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
  • Should have knowledge on Load Runner, Silk Software
  • Must have 2 Years of Experience

Salary:

We offer an attractive salary of ₹15,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
