Job Title: MAWM Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled MAWM Specialist to join our team, responsible for configuring and implementing MAWM modules based on business requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MAWM configuration and implementation, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
  • This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to define configuration strategies.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale deployments with MAWM is essential.
  • The successful candidate will also provide technical expertise and guidance in MAWM proactive management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshooting configuration and integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations, is a key responsibility.
  • This role involves supporting testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution.
  • Technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines will be prepared by the selected candidate.
  • Training and mentoring junior team members, as well as providing subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams, are also part of this role.
