Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion technologist with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions.
  • Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities.
