Production Management Leader

We seek an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing unit's daily operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.

  • Oversee all production aspects on the shop floor, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Design and implement layout plans for new projects, including fixtures, gauges, and machinery installation.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), daily production reports, machine checklists, and breakdown logs.
  • Ensure in-process inventory management and a smooth production flow.
  • Coordinate with R&D and design teams for successful development and integration of new products or structures.

With a strong background in lean production systems and team leadership, the ideal candidate will be able to drive business growth through process improvements and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality and Safety: Oversee quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Manufacturing Optimization: Design and implement layout plans for new projects, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  3. Inventory Management: Ensure in-process inventory management and maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a high-performing team.
