Release Train Engineer

As a key leader in our organization, you will spearhead the planning and execution of Program Increment (PI) initiatives. This entails facilitating system demos and Agile Release Train ceremonies to ensure seamless delivery. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive PI planning, system demos, and ART ceremonies forward.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to determine feature priorities.
  • Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks.
  • E nsure alignment of delivery objectives across front-to-back functions.
  • Promote continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams.
  • Furnish transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress for senior stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 12+ years of IT experience as a Release Train Engineer or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale Agile Release Trains.
  • Experience working with highly critical financial systems.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in software development and release management.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and SAFe or equivalent frameworks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
