Content Strategist and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled content strategist and marketing manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our company's overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with company vision.
  • Integrally work with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of creative content. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies and campaigns.
  • Collect, collate, and present customer feedback and analysis for improvement to all relevant stakeholders.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will have ownership of problem statements and will be responsible for achieving targets and deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early-stage startups. Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects that you or the team may encounter the first time or are not familiar with.

Requirements include minimum 1 year of work experience in marketing or content production, education and/or background in architecture and/or interior design, excellent communication skills, and ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
