Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Training Development Manager to join our team in Noida and Pune locations. This role involves working with business and support teams to effectively identify needs, create and deliver customer-specific programs & learning journeys. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering flagship leadership development programs.

This role is exclusively open for Leadership Trainers and is not for L&D Program Managers or Learning Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer leadership and managerial development training to senior-level employees through role-based programs.
  • Assess the success of training programs and workshops through robust effectiveness checks.
  • Support the program manager in ensuring coverage as per defined metrics for behavioral and managerial programs.
  • Support other initiatives as necessary, including Women's Leadership Development.
  • Create blended learning programs with micro-learning content, playlists curation, and more.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 12-15 years of dedicated facilitation & training experience.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Experience in designing and delivering instructor-led sessions in in-person and virtual formats.
  • Experience in developing e-learning content is preferable.
  • Proficient in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; stakeholder management.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees.
  • Resourceful, analytical & proactive in approach.
  • Strong trainer presence, ability to research and create quality content.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
