This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. You will be instrumental in implementing and monitoring our internal framework, conducting performance analysis, and supporting commercial performance initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Implement and monitor Regional/Vertical Internal Field Steering (IFS) framework ensuring data accuracy and effectiveness
  • Conduct performance analysis and provide insights to drive localized improvements
  • Support commercial performance by conducting audits, assessing risk, and collaborating with Sales, Solution Design, and Commercial Pricing teams
Your Qualifications:
  • Several years of experience in recruitment, operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or similar roles within a global organization
  • Demonstrated experience with KPIs and operational metrics
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data
  • A solid understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and their impact on business performance
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
