Job Role

The Design Draftsman is responsible for developing detailed working drawings and preparing presentation materials to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality working drawings that adhere to industry standards.
  • Develop effective drawing delivery schedules and presentations to meet client requirements.
  • Capture customer specifications through thorough note-taking and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and provide support to customers and vendors.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, M.S Office, Photoshop, and Revit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
  • A creative eye for detail in design presentation materials.

Professional Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in commercial or corporate interiors is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
