Job Title: NetSuite Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to configure and customize the NetSuite application. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating customer business requirements into business solutions.

  • Configure and customize NetSuite applications to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct personalization sessions and document meeting minutes summaries.
  • Translate customer business requirements into business solutions, either as software solutions or re-engineering initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions using SQL queries.
  • Identify test scenarios, establish test cases, and support system testing with client stakeholders.
  • Create training and support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption.
  • Document requirements, processes, and user documentation design business processes based on industry best practices.
  • Support software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover.
  • Owning and delivering complex solutions using Oracle NetSuite platform.
  • Software testing and conducting testing of all kinds, preparing test cases for modules implemented.
  • Suggesting process improvements based on application capabilities and industry best practices for setups such as Customer, Vendor, Item, Department, Class, Locations, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Bank Reconciliation, Accounting, Advanced Revenue Management, Fixed Asset, Intercompany Management, Call to Resolution (Case Management), Form Customizations & Fields Creation, Custom Records, CSV Imports, Work-Flows setup, Saved Searches & Report Customization, and Integration process mapping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience on NetSuite integration with 3rd-party applications.
  • Minimum 4 end-to-end implementation experiences.
  • Strong communication skills to work closely with customers and partners.
  • Strong NetSuite ERP knowledge and experience.
  • Setups and configurations, saved searches, and reports.
  • Mandatory requirement is to have functional experience in Receivables, Order Management, case management, and billing operations within NetSuite.
  • Excellent command on flowcharts, data flow diagrams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good team player, and collaborate with other teams.
  • Ready to be on-call on a rotational basis.
  • Excellent command on Google Sheets, Google Apps, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
