Job Overview:

The Customer Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of quality products and services. As part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing quality initiatives and driving process improvements across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance customer quality processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.Develop and implement training programs for internal teams and customers on product technicalities and handling procedures.Prepare regular management reports highlighting improvement areas and trends.Lead and participate in continuous process improvement projects to enhance quality performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or an equivalent field.At least 12-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within a similar industry.A minimum of 5 years handling customer quality issues.

Additional Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to quality improvement.
