Job Description

The role of a Data Analyst involves performing end-to-end data analysis, creating dashboards, and partnering with technology partners to provide strategic insights.

Responsibilities include partnership with developers, collaboration with customer feedback teams, building measurement plans, and providing deep dive analyses.

The Data Analyst will perform data analysis within Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake and share findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through the creation of dashboards and presentations.

The analyst will also be a key strategic partner to help teams determine feature priority based on expected outcomes and measure the total impact of new features and experiences on customer performance.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web Analytic tools, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, as well as experience with omni experiences and customer analysis within the retail space.

They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present to executives, non-technical and technical audiences.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred
  • 6-9 years of digital/eCommerce, analytics, or other related experience
  • Expertise in Power BI and SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
