Data Science Professional

About the Role:

As a seasoned Data Scientist, you will drive innovation through data-driven insights, developing and deploying machine learning models to enable product recommendations and unlock customer value. This critical role is focused on building scalable datasets and delivering actionable solutions that directly impact business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and deploy machine learning models to support personalized experiences and enhance decision-making
  • Design and implement robust data models using SQL to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable datasets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into effective data solutions
  • Leverage industry-leading tools like Snowflake and DBT for data transformation and model building
  • Effectively communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflows
  • Experience in SQL for data modeling and querying
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised, recommendation systems)
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch (or other ML frameworks)
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and DBT
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Background:

  • 1–3 years of applied experience in Data Science / ML
  • Prior experience in E-commerce (required)
  • Exposure to cloud-based ML platforms is desirable
