Job Title: Deputy General Manager of Finance

The Deputy General Manager of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial functions of the organization. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

  • Financial Reporting:

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and deliver high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • General Ledger Management:

Oversee the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and all financial transactions.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:

Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to deliver strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Budgeting & Cost Control:

Develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals and conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with 8-15 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Deep expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits, with strong contractor and vendor management capabilities.
  • Proficient in project monitoring, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
