Job Details

The role of Process Expert involves a range of responsibilities including the administration of internal and external lease documents in our corporate real estate management tool, monitoring change requests on space occupancy across various Siemens' office and industrial sites, aligning periodic invoicing for real estate lease agreements and their respective monitoring, and calculating add-on invoicing for real estate variable services along with their respective monitoring.

This position requires accurate preparation and timely delivery of reports based on partners' needs, handling critical queries, and providing relevant information to our real estate partner. To excel in this role, one must have a solid understanding of the corporate real estate business and its interfaces, as well as the ability to enhance, harmonize, and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer internal and external lease documents
  • Monitor change requests on space occupancy
  • Align periodic invoicing for real estate lease agreements
  • Calculate add-on invoicing for real estate variable services
  • Prepare and deliver reports
  • Handle critical queries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • More than five years of professional experience
  • Global Business Services environment experience is an asset
  • SAP experience, particularly in Accounts Receivables transactions, is an asset
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Ability to travel if needed
  • Quick thinking and effective work under pressure
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
