Role: Data Specialist

This position involves overseeing the daily activities for Identity & Access Management – Data Services.

Main responsibilities include aggregating native Userdata to Onecert, conducting Monitoring tasks to ensure data Quality and monthly metrics are achieved, and fulfilling requests raised by business/stakeholders to source Userlists and SAM Documents.

Apart from that, this role also involves implementing catalogue changes in Onecert based on Security Access Matrix request changes, collaborating with external teams for Userlists sourcing, and highlighting/mitigating risk pertaining to IAM process and data security.

Additionally, this role requires supporting IAM leaders to maintain and enhance IAM process, demonstrating good working etiquette, strong teamwork, and effective communication to the team, and undertaking periodical review and other exercises in relation to Application security for compliance to current procedures/processes.

Exemplary conduct and adherence to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct is essential, along with personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics across the organization. Identifying, escalating, mitigating, and resolving risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively is also crucial.
