We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java programming.

  • Minimum 4 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years of working experience as a Java Developer.
  • Prefer at least 1 year in a Product Company as an Employee or Client working as a Java Developer.
  • A strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and MVC design patterns is required.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot frameworks, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA, Restful Web Services, and Database HANA is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in debugging production issues and customer defects.
  • Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to read, analyze, and code review complex codebases written by others.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality software applications using Java technology stack. This includes but not limited to:

  • Designing, implementing, testing, and deploying software components
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Ensuring the stability and performance of software systems
  • Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to improve overall quality and efficiency

Requirements:
