Job Title: Real Estate Business Development Manager

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate developers, builders, and channel partners in Bangalore.

You will identify land parcels and development opportunities through your networks and pitch our business model to explore collaboration with developers to build properties on identified lands. You will act as a single point of contact between developers and internal teams to ensure smooth discussions and deal closures.

You will stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and land availability across key micro-markets. You will represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen developer/channel partner connect.

You will work closely with the business development and operations team to align developer partnerships with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate business development
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market in Bangalore
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
