Job Title: Subject Matter Expert

Job Description:

As a Subject Matter Expert for a leading AI platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology. Your primary responsibility will be to create, review, and refine high-quality data that enhances the AI's ability to teach millions at scale.

This involves meticulously evaluating AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness, ensuring they are insightful, well-structured, and tailored to the learner's level. You will apply your deep subject matter expertise to provide critical feedback that directly impacts the AI's performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine high-quality data, including detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for complex problems across various difficulty levels.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, pedagogical soundness, and adherence to specific instructions.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to the AI model, identifying errors, inaccuracies, or areas for improvement in its reasoning and presentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field from a premier institution, with demonstrable academic excellence and strong expertise across a wide range of topics within your subject.
  • Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, content writing, or academic research in your specialized field, with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with AI/ML models or large language models, with a proven track record of producing high-quality, original content.
  • Expertise in developing high-quality problems of Olympiad level and/or GATE, with a strong background in competitive exam preparation.
