Job Title: Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to lead our web platform's architecture, scaling, and secure development.

This role requires strong expertise in Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will guide our team, ensure smooth deployments, and handle advanced backend and DevOps challenges.

About the Role
  • Lead development of scalable, secure web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for performance
  • Own the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), cloud setup, and server scaling strategy
  • Implement best practices in security: authentication, authorization, rate limiting, data protection
  • Mentor and review work of junior developers to maintain code quality
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high uptime (monitoring, logging, alerting)
  • Integrate with third-party APIs (payments, shipping, messaging, analytics, etc.)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, TypeScript
  • Expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines)
  • Experience with cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD)
  • Hands-on knowledge of security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization
  • Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards
