Software Developer Role

We are looking for a skilled software developer to join our team. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for analyzing current code and industry developments to formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a seamless experience for users.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design cohesive code
  • Develop new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends
  • Record data and report it to clients or leadership
  • Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices and learn new programming languages

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 10-14 years of experience with primary expertise in Ruby on Rails and familiarity with JavaScript front-end technologies
  • Strong understanding of web development cycle and programming techniques and tools
  • Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or with a group
