Job Title: Sr Automation Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Automation Professional to spearhead the development of automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and test automation, with experience in creating reusable components and libraries for test automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
  • Create reusable components and libraries for test automation.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and implement scalable solutions.
  • Develop and execute UI, API, and integration test cases.
  • Perform code reviews, mentor junior team members, and enforce automation best practices.
  • Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Investigate test failures, analyze logs, and assist in root cause analysis.
  • Maintain documentation for test architecture, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
  • Good understanding of TestNG or JUnit frameworks.
  • Experience with Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) and data-driven testing.
  • Hands-on experience with REST API automation (e.g., using RestAssured).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Allure, ExtentReports, or Log4j.
