Cryptography Specialist

Are you an expert in data security and cryptography? We are seeking a skilled Cryptography Specialist to lead our team in deploying and managing encryption solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of sensitive information.

As a Cryptography Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting advanced encryption solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. You will ensure compliance with industry-standard security best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop secure data architecture.

• Design and implement Thales CipherTrust Data Security solutions, including CipherTrust Manager, Data Discovery & Classification, Transparent Encryption, and Cloud Key Manager.
• Deploy, configure, and integrate Hardware Security Modules (HSM) with enterprise applications and systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on encryption, key management, tokenization, and data masking.
• Support the development of data security architecture and related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders for project planning and execution.
• Conduct client training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues during and after implementation.
• Ensure secure integration with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for key management and data protection.
• Stay updated on the latest data security technologies, standards, and compliance requirements.

• Strong hands-on experience with Thales CipherTrust solutions (CipherTrust Manager, Data Discovery, Transparent Encryption, Cloud Key Manager).
• Expertise in deploying and managing Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
• Proficiency in encryption, key management, tokenization, and data masking techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data security and encryption services.
• Good knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, PKI, SSL/TLS, and key lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills for training and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation and security architecture diagrams.
• Hands-on experience in Linux/Windows environments and scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
