Job Description

The successful applicant will provide technical support for application software and systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application issues, conduct training sessions for end-users on application functionalities, assist in the implementation of new software solutions and upgrades, and monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and application management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Experience with application monitoring tools and issue tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
