Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and a proven track record of successfully preparing and filing various tax returns (GST, WHT, 15CA/15CB, Corporate Tax).

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file periodic direct and indirect tax returns, including GST, WHT, 15CA/15CB, Corporate Tax return.
  • Assist in preparation of Quarterly advance tax workings.
  • Handle GST reconciliation, input tax credit (ITC) calculations and related compliance.
  • Support during annual audits by providing necessary information.
  • Could you help with the preparation of local transfer pricing documentation and reports?
  • Assist in the preparation of tax workings/documentation for overseas entities (US, UK, Singapore, and so on).
  • Tax Audits and Litigation: Collating data, and reconciling with books during tax audits and assessment.
  • Maintain a tracker for all tax-related documents.
  • Coordination with the auditors & consultants for filing of tax reports and returns.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, as well as a master's degree in taxation, is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully preparing and filing various tax returns (GST, WHT, 15CA/15CB, Corporate Tax).
  • Strong understanding of GST regulations, including reconciliation and ITC calculations.
  • Experience in supporting tax audits and assessments.
  • Familiarity with transfer pricing regulations (local and international).
  • Experience with international tax compliance, particularly for US, UK, and Singapore entities, is highly desirable.
