Key Role in Ensuring Data Integrity

Job Overview:

The Principal Central Monitor plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, patient safety, and operational efficiency across clinical development programs through advanced centralized monitoring and risk-based quality management (RBQM).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of RBQM plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive strategies.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for clinical studies to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of advanced statistical monitoring frameworks.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity through proactive monitoring and timely interventions.
  • Mentor junior colleagues on proactive data monitoring techniques and lead initiatives to enhance data integrity and efficiency.

Qualification Requirements:
