Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking a Customer Experience Lead to join our team and drive exceptional customer experiences across our e-commerce platform. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive loyalty, and increase retention rates.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement personalized customer experiences, develop engaging content, and optimize product detail pages (PDPs) to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
You will also analyze customer feedback, sentiment, and behavior to inform product development, supplier partnerships, and operational improvements. Furthermore, you will lead and collaborate with teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring swift resolutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
