In this role, you will be responsible for helping qualified borrowers successfully obtain mortgages. Your key responsibilities will include educating customers on mortgage rules and regulations, interest rates, and the application process. You will also advise customers on collecting all necessary documentation and information to process applications, ensuring that all deadlines are met and addressing any application issues in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in mortgages, with strong team handling skills and excellent communication and convincing abilities. They must also have an extraordinary zeal to perform and deliver targets, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as property sales teams and bankers.
