About the Role:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team at FIS, a leading FinTech product MNC. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and user-friendly designs for our core banking product, Image Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize creative ideas with clients to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Test and improve the design of our website to ensure seamless user interactions.
  • Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices to maintain consistency across our products.
  • Maintain the appearance of our website by enforcing content standards and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Design visual imagery for our website, aligning it with our branding and client requirements.
  • Work with different content management systems to ensure smooth integration.
  • Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Incorporate functionalities and features into our website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Design sample pages, including colors and fonts, to showcase our brand identity.
  • Prepare design plans and present the website structure to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
  • Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Excellent visual design skills to create engaging and user-friendly designs.
