We are looking for an experienced Pressure Vessel and Piping Expert to join our team at Domnic Lewis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team for piping stress analysis in Basic, FEED, and Detailed Engineering projects.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team for piping stress analysis, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Act as Area Lead Engineer, overseeing project design basis development for stress analysis.
- Develop critical line selection criteria and prepare stress critical line lists.
- Perform pipe stress analysis using Caesar-II for pipelines connected to pumps, heat exchangers, PSV, tanks, columns, air coolers, and steam turbines.
- Conduct flange leakage calculations, trunnion checks, seismic, modal, and slug flow analysis.
- Select spring supports and generate data sheets.
- Handle piping support activities, including support tagging, detailing, and civil loading.
- Utilize Navisworks for 3D model reviews.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Caesar-II & Navisworks.
- Strong knowledge of piping stress analysis, support selection, and load calculations.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Power industry projects.
