Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Support Lead to lead and direct engineering teams in resolving complex problems.

This role involves designing engineering solutions that meet business objectives, defining standard designs and processes, and managing maintenance and monitoring activities.

You will also provide Tier 3 Operational support, lead on-call production support activities, and mentor junior team members.

The ideal candidate should have basic exposure to Network Technologies and understand networking fundamentals. Programming, scripting, and related technologies experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Engineering Solutions
    • Create engineering designs that meet business objectives for continuity solutions.
    • Define standard engineering designs, templates, processes, and procedures for implementing projects.
  • Assessment and Strategy
    • Lead and direct engineering teams for problem resolution.
    • Manage maintenance, code upgrades, and scheduled monitoring.
    • Monitor resource usage and adjust as necessary.
  • Support and Leadership
    • Provide Tier 3 Operational support including troubleshooting and documenting infrastructure.
    • Lead on-call production support activities.
    • Mentor junior team members on current standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field or similar discipline is required. The candidate should also have experience in technical and professional areas.
