Glaucoma Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Glaucoma Specialist to take on a challenging role at our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Ophthalmology, with a strong background in glaucoma management and surgery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently perform complex glaucoma surgeries
  • Diagnose and manage glaucoma cases in an outpatient setting
  • Provide pre- and post-operative care for glaucoma patients
  • Collaborate with the hospital's ophthalmology team
  • Engage in academic discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements:
  • Master of Surgery or Doctor of National Board in Ophthalmology
  • Fellowship in Glaucoma (preferred)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Ophthalmology
  • Fellowship-trained candidates must have at least 2 years of independent experience post-fellowship

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of glaucoma cases, including those requiring complex surgeries. They will work closely with the hospital's ophthalmology team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of the department.
