Citrix Systems Administrator

About the Job:
As a Citrix Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support with a high degree of customer satisfaction by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all Citrix products, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Director.
- Implement and configure Citrix policies, load management, and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, problems, and changes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Citrix administration, including XenApp and XenDesktop.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Servers 2012, 2016, and 2019.
- Familiarity with VPN and networking technologies, including switching and routing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
The following skills are highly desirable for this position:
- Certification in Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix Provisioning Services.
- Experience with Citrix PVS, application publishing, and profiles management.
- Knowledge of Thin Clients and Group Policy.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
