Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to find talented nurses from various job portals, social media platforms, and referrals. You will be responsible for shortlisting nurses for hospitals across the USA, as well as completing their documentation and compliance to ensure eligibility to travel and work in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Physical Therapy: Recruit physical therapists (PTs), physical therapist assistants (PTAs), and aides.
  • Cardiology and Cardiovascular Technology: Recruit cardiovascular technicians and technologists.
  • Occupational Therapy: Recruit occupational therapists (OTs), occupational therapist assistants (OTAs), and aides.
  • Speech-Language Pathology: Recruit speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and speech-language pathology assistants.
  • Radiology and Imaging: Recruit radiologic technologists, MRI technologists, CT technologists, and ultrasound technologists.
  • Respiratory Therapy: Recruit respiratory therapists (RTs).
  • Medical Laboratory Science: Recruit medical laboratory technologists and technicians.
  • Dietetics and Nutrition: Recruit dietitians and nutritionists.
  • Pharmacy: Recruit pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
  • Emergency Medical Services: Recruit paramedics and emergency medical technicians (EMTs).
  • Medical Assisting: Recruit medical assistants.
  • Health Information Management: Recruit health information technicians and managers.
  • Surgical Technology: Recruit surgical technologists.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are essential.
  • The candidate should be willing to work in UK/AUS/US shifts.
  • H1B/EB3/TN Visa counselling experience is preferred.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of service to clients and candidates.
  • A minimum of 1 year of USA Healthcare International Recruitment experience is required.
