Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual content that communicates the brand's message and resonates with our target audience.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and ensure they align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
  • You will create high-quality designs for various mediums, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
  • You will maintain a consistent tone and style throughout all branding materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and execute creative tasks while organizing them in a drive to be shared with the team on time.
  • Create creatives for ads, websites, and social media.
  • Organize and assign work into a management tool for self and team tracking.
  • Research new ideas and templates to enhance aesthetic appeal and bring variety to our design portfolio.
  • Maintain a consistent tone for each brand and provide details to junior designers.
  • Delegate repeated tasks to relevant members and ensure efficient utilization of team resources.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet timely design requirements and set processes for completion.
  • Raise alarms when workload is overloaded or priority unclear.
  • Work effectively under deadlines without compromising artistic creativity.
  • Take feedback from management until brand guidelines are set or team tries new styles.
  • Study brands' social media for understanding aesthetics and design evolution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of interactive design, technology, usability, and user experience.
  • Detailed-oriented and well-organized individual.
  • Prior experience with design and editing software.
  • Degree in Creative or Artistic Discipline.
