Oracle WMS Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle WMS Consultant to join our team. As an expert in Oracle E-Business Suite WMS, MSCA, and Inventory modules, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to business users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ticket Handling and Application Support
  • Issue Analysis and Resolution
  • Development Team Coordination
  • Oracle Support Coordination
  • Documentation and Testing
  • User Training and Support
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
  • Process Improvement and Automation

You will also be responsible for analyzing and designing long-term solutions for the business, suggesting service improvements, and becoming a subject matter expert for system management.

In addition, you will focus on clearing logistics issues related to picking, shipping, cycle counting, receiving, and stuck transactions for month, quarter, and year-end closures.

You will work closely with the warehouse team to facilitate fast closure and conduct workshops for business owners, application configurations, and documentation throughout the implementation life cycle.

Must-Have Skills:
  • 6-8 years of experience in Oracle Apps
  • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite WMS, MSCA, and Inventory modules
  • Experience with at least one full implementation cycle on Oracle Apps
  • Ability to design business processes and analyze functional requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
