At Sanspareils Greenlands Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for conducting annual training and development needs assessments, developing training and development programs, and administering spending against the departmental budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives. Additionally, the candidate should have a professional qualification in Business, Psychology, or a related field, and at least five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.

The successful candidate will be able to design and implement effective training and development programs, work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the staff, and exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
  • Develops training and development programs and objectives.
  • Administers spending against the departmental budget.
  • Obtains and/or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Train and coach managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts.
  • Plans, organizes, facilitates, and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
  • Develops and maintains organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
