About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of developers and drive technical direction for our core platforms. As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will design and implement complex solutions for the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Full-Stack Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java) applications.
  • Code Quality & Standards: Write well-designed, testable, and maintainable code for both user interface and backend services.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Take ownership of the full application lifecycle, from analysis and design to programming, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • DevOps & Deployment: Drive modern DevOps practices, including designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring efficient application deployment using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
  • Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Hands-on Skills:
  • Front-End: Strong proficiency in Angular (2+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Back-End: Expertise in J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
  • Microservices: Proven experience in designing and building scalable Microservices architectures and RESTful web services.
  • Core Java: In-depth knowledge of Multithreading and Collections framework.
  • DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Containerization: Expertise in container orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Distinct Advantage:
  • Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, AWS Solutions Architect).
