Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business analysis activities aligned with product and engineering objectives. You will collaborate closely with global Commercial Operations SMEs, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to lead business analysis activities.

Responsibilities

• You will become a domain expert in Commercial Operations data and AI technologies by supporting the development and sustainment of features within Amgen's Quality System.">
• You will lead voice-of-the-customer assessments to identify business process improvements and define detailed product requirements.">
• You will define scope, business value, and feasibility for new product developments in collaboration with Product Managers and business stakeholders.">
• You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize backlogs and release scopes.">
• You will ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are captured and addressed in the Product and Release Backlogs.">
• You will facilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories; participate in refinement and backlog reviews with development teams.">
• You will author clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and definitions of done.">
• You will work closely with Business SMEs, ML Engineers, and Data Scientists to understand data product requirements, KPIs, and data sources.">
• You will analyze source systems and contribute to the development of Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents.">
• You will deliver internal and external product demonstrations to support alignment and adoption.">
• You will maintain accurate documentation related to configurations, workflows, and system/process changes.">
• You will understand the design and function of end-to-end data pipelines, including dataflow logic.">
• You will diagnose data issues using knowledge of data structures and collaborate with Data Engineering for resolution.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• You should have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.">
• You should have 12 to 17 years of experience in global Commercial Operations Information Systems.">
