Customer Support Specialist

As a dedicated Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from their first interaction to their final delivery.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels, resolving issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  • Process and manage customer orders on our DTC website platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Act as the main point of contact for shipping vendors, working with them to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in ecommerce operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent written and spoken English
