Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments, including research mapping, candidate engagement, and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of relevant experience and possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage research teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of search results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities
  • Create and present research reports and presentations to clients
  • Work closely with consultants to develop and implement search strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in executive search or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software
