Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of a Junior UK Visa Counselor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting students who wish to pursue higher studies in the UK.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, both in English and other languages, with a thorough understanding of the UK study system, including intakes, tuition fees, and scholarships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Support:
    • Handle first-level counseling for UK study inquiries, providing accurate information and smooth documentation support to students.
    • Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklists to ensure students receive complete assistance from inquiry to visa approval.
    • Guide students on education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options, helping them navigate the complex process.
    • Convert inquiries into registered students by providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Application Process:
    • Collect and verify documents from students, ensuring timely submission of files for document assessment via B2B partners.
    • Follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays to ensure students receive their desired outcomes.
    • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance, making the application process seamless.
    • Assist in CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) document preparation, ensuring students meet the necessary requirements.
  • Visa Stage:
    • Prepare students for CAS interviews by conducting mock Q&A practice sessions.
    • Fill and verify UK visa forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents, reducing stress for students.
    • Submit final visa applications through the B2B partner system, ensuring efficient processing.
  • Post-Visa Support:
    • Support students in pre-departure activities, including accommodation and ticketing guidance, to ensure a smooth transition.
    • Maintain regular communication with students until they depart, providing ongoing support and assistance.
  • Reporting:
    • Maintain CRM entries for every inquiry and application stage, tracking student progress and providing insights for improvement.
    • Prepare weekly pipeline reports, highlighting conversions, offers, CAS, and visa approvals to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills in English and other languages.
  • Knowledge of the UK study system, including intakes, tuition fees, and scholarships.
  • Organized with documentation and timelines, ensuring seamless application processes.
  • Ability to explain financial requirements clearly, alleviating student concerns.
  • Polite, patient, and student-focused, providing exceptional customer service.
