Job Title: FP&A Strategic Business Partner

Job Description:

This role is responsible for translating complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored deployment strategies to support strategic outcomes.

As a trusted advisor, you will oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving high client satisfaction and adoption while ensuring delivery meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Adaptive Planning solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday Adaptive Planning configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across cultures and time zones.
Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Adaptive Deployments.
  • 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification required.
