Job Overview:

  • We're seeking a Lead Functional Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in financial accounting, managerial accounting, central finance, and agile methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 6-7 years of experience in functional analysis, preferably in a financial or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, central finance, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with contract-to-hire projects.
