Job Title: Cloud Architect Leader

\

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cloud Architect Leader to drive customer success by enabling customers to bring their AI-powered applications to production scale on Azure platform.

\

This role is pivotal in driving delivery excellence, technical depth, and customer satisfaction across Unified and Factory engagements. You will own the Azure-based application platform and technical support post sales, including architectural design reviews, specific implementation projects, and partnering with customers and partners to build MVPs and solve issues.

\

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and success leading deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management, and Developers to drive AI-powered applications to productions.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Own the Azure-based application platform and technical support post sales\
  • Partner with customers and partners to build MVPs and solve issues\
  • Drive delivery excellence, technical depth, and customer satisfaction across Unified and Factory engagements\
  • Lead deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management, and Developers\
  • Enable customers to bring their AI-powered applications to production scale on Azure platform\
  • Collaborate with partner and Microsoft field teams to achieve business objectives\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and growth\
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management\

Requirements:

  • \
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or a related field\
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cloud solutions that meet customer needs\
  • Strong technical skills in cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform\
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams\
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions\
  • Experience working with DevOps tools and practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)\
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban\
  • Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks, such as PCI-DSS or HIPAA\
